Shipping charges are calculated based on the chosen method, item size and weight, and delivery address. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 and will be applied during the checkout process.
a) Shipment: We will arrange for the shipment of products. For specific delivery options, refer to the product page. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
b) Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for shipment delays.
c) Delivery: The customer must inspect the shipment for shortages or damage within two (2) days of receipt. Failure to report within this period will be considered acceptance of the shipment in good condition.
d) No PO Box Deliveries: MaxSafety.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delays in processing your order. If a P.O. Box is entered, we will contact you to request an alternative address before your order can be fulfilled.
